The design for a transformable public space installation is part of the city wide «Parklet-initiative» that not only extends the pavement as an enhanced public space but that can also transform according to different activities. For the work of the chair, a flexible structure that provides space for public exchange, performance and repose is key to a healthy urban environment. A series of public events will enable visitors and pedestrians to engage more actively on Montgomery Street. More
