Teresa Galí-Izard ist Professorin der Professur Being Alive und Leiterin des Masterstudiengangs für Landschaftsarchitektur an der ETH Zürich. Sie ist Direktorin bei Arquitectura Agronomia, einem Landschaftsarchitekturbüro mit Sitz in Barcelona. Teresa Gali-Izard ist die Autorin von The Same Landscapes. Ideas and Interpretations und ist ausgebildete Agronomin an der Technischen Universität Katalonien.
DELUS entstand 2021 aufgrund einer gemeinsamen Vision der LUS-Doktorandinnen Sara Frikech und Johanna Just, um die Forschungsaktivitäten des Instituts hervorzuheben und eine Plattform für den Dialog zu drängenden Themen im Bereich Landschaft und Urbane Studien zu schaffen.
DELUS ist an der Schnittstelle von Architektur, Landschaft und Urbanen Studien angesiedelt und soll als Plattform zum Ideenaustausch dienen. Die Zeitschrift befasst sich mit der Forschung am Institut LUS und weit darüber hinaus, bringt Designer, Künstler, Wissenschaftler, Forscher und Studenten zusammen, befasst sich mit landschaftlichen und urbanen Fragestellungen und macht neue Themen, Konzepte und Projekte in diesen Bereichen sichtbar.
